The clearing of the Old Mill track in Aorangi Forest Park finally got cleared after 7 days of cutting totalling 500 hours of volunteer effort. A combined effortby the Aorangi Trust and GWBN. The track follows an old road used to truck logs out of the upper Turanganui stream. Mostly, the clearing cut back to the width of the orginal road. A easy graded walk, takes about 2 hours to the mill site.
