NOTE; The Incorporated Societies legislation requires societies to formally record requests for membership and record minimum details for all registered members.

Corporate Groups; Clubs etc that are Incorporated. Please tick “Corporate Group” and enter the group representitive name in the First and Last Name fields. And enter the club/group name in the Details field.
